If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the services.
DriftProof provides faith-based marriage education tools, systems, digital resources, and ministry support materials designed to help couples build healthier marriages through intentional rhythms, reflection, and communication.
All services are educational in nature and intended for marriage enrichment within churches and ministries.
Free Marriage Event (No License Required)
DriftProof may offer a Free Marriage Event, which consists of a one-time, video-led marriage experience provided at no cost to churches or ministries.
The Free Marriage Event is:
Educational and reflective in nature
Designed to encourage healthy conversation and connection between married couples
Not counseling, therapy, or pastoral care
Use of the Free Marriage Event:
Does not require the purchase of a DriftProof license
Does not grant ongoing access to the DriftProof platform
Is permitted for use at a single church gathering
May not be copied, recorded, resold, distributed, or shared outside the hosting church
DriftProof retains all intellectual property rights related to the Free Marriage Event materials.
3. Not Counseling or Therapy
DriftProof does not provide counseling, therapy, medical, or mental health services.
The materials and content are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice. Users should seek appropriate professional help when needed.
This section applies to licensed DriftProof platform access and does not apply to the Free Marriage Event unless otherwise stated.
Churches and individual users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
You agree not to share login credentials, access links, or QR codes outside of your licensed church location or approved users.
The purchasing church is responsible for ensuring access is used in accordance with the Church License Agreement and these Terms.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment grants access according to the selected license tier and term. Fees are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Refund Policy
This refund policy applies only to individual single-church licenses.
Refund terms for district licensing are outlined at the end of this section.
Due to the digital nature of DriftProof materials and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are generally final.
However, DriftProof offers the following limited refund guarantee for individual churches:
If, within thirty (30) days of purchase, fewer than six (6) couples from the licensed church sign up and access the platform, the purchasing church may request a full refund, provided the church has made a reasonable effort to launch the program.
Refund Qualification Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the church must have:
1.Shown the provided DriftProof launch or introduction video(s) to the congregation or made them available through official church communication channels
2.Sent at least one (1) email and/or text message to the congregation using the provided or recommended launch messaging
3.Allowed couples reasonable opportunity to sign up and participate during the 30-day period
Additional Conditions
1.Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase
2.Fewer than six (6) couples must have registered and accessed the platform
3.DriftProof may verify launch activity through platform data or reasonable confirmation
Refunds will not be issued for:
1.Failure to complete the launch steps listed above
2.Requests made after the 30-day eligibility period
3.Dissatisfaction with results or outcomes
4.Partial use beyond the eligibility period
5.Violation of the Church License Agreement or these Terms & Conditions
District Licensing – No Refunds
District licensing purchases do not include a refund guarantee.
Once district access has been granted or activation has begun for any church location, all district licensing sales are final and non-refundable.
This policy reflects the multi-church nature of district licenses and applies regardless of usage, participation levels, or outcomes.
All content, materials, systems, frameworks, worksheets, dashboards, videos, branding, and intellectual property are owned by DriftProof.
Use of all materials is governed by the Church License Agreement, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
No ownership rights are transferred.
Users may not:
1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell materials
2. Upload materials to public or shared drives, websites, or platforms
3. Share access links, QR codes, or content outside of the licensed church location
4. Attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits
5. Use the materials for unlawful purposes
6. Interfere with platform security or functionality
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
DriftProof materials are licensed for use only within the purchasing church or ministry organization.
Individual couples may access materials for their personal use as part of their licensed church location’s participation but may not share, distribute, upload, or provide access to the materials outside of their church community.
This includes sharing links, files, screenshots, worksheets, videos, or system content with individuals or organizations not affiliated with the licensed church.
This purchase grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DriftProof materials within one church location only.
This license applies to:
1. A single physical church location
2. One congregation operating under a single leadership and budget
This license does not permit use across:
1. Multiple campuses
2. Church plants
3. Districts, networks, or denominations
Any use of DriftProof materials beyond one church location requires a separate district or multi-church license purchased directly from DriftProof.
Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or use outside the licensed church location is prohibited.
For clarity, one license covers one church location only.
If an organization oversees two (2) or three (3) church locations, each location must purchase its own individual church license.
District or multi-church licensing applies only to organizations overseeing ten (10) or more church locations and requires a separate agreement.
DriftProof reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services or materials at any time.
Updates do not extend, renew, or modify license terms unless explicitly stated in writing.
DriftProof may use third-party platforms and service providers (such as hosting, email, analytics, automation, or payment processors) to support service delivery.
We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriftProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services or materials.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DriftProof, its owners, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or violation of the Church License Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
