This Church License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of DriftProof materials and systems.
By purchasing, accessing, or using DriftProof resources, the purchasing church or ministry organization (“Licensee”) agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement grants a limited license to use the materials.
Ownership of all content remains with DriftProof.
This Agreement is between:
DriftProof (“Licensor”)
and
the purchasing church or ministry organization (“Licensee”).
DriftProof grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DriftProof Marriage materials for one church location only.
A “Single Church License” permits use of DriftProof materials by:
1. One physical church location
2. One congregation
3. One leadership team and operating budget
This license may not be shared, duplicated, sublicensed, or transferred to any other church, campus, plant, or affiliated organization.
If an organization oversees 1–9 church locations, each location must obtain its own single church license.
This license does not authorize use of DriftProof materials across:
1. Multiple campuses
2. Church plants
3. Districts, networks, or denominational groups
Any use beyond the licensed church location requires a separate district or multi-church licensing agreement.
District or multi-church licensing applies only to organizations overseeing ten (10) or more church locations.
Organizations overseeing fewer than ten (10) locations must purchase a single church license for each church location.
Refund eligibility under this Agreement applies only to individual single-church licenses.
Refund terms for district or multi-church licenses are governed separately and are outlined in DriftProof’s Terms & Conditions.
District or multi-church licenses are non-refundable once access has been granted or activation has begun, regardless of usage, participation, or outcomes.
District licensing purchases are not eligible for the refund provisions applicable to individual church licenses.
DriftProof reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to materials if the Licensee is found to be using the materials outside the scope of this Agreement.
Unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Licensee may:
1. Use DriftProof materials with married couples within their church
2. Host internal marriage nights, small groups, or ministry programs
3. Share access links or QR codes only with couples affiliated with the licensed church location.
Licensee may not:
1. Share materials with other churches, ministries, or organizations
2. Upload content to public or shared drives, websites, or platforms
3. Copy, reproduce, sell, sublicense, or distribute materials
4. Modify, rebrand, or claim ownership of any materials
5. Use the system for district-wide, multi-church, or network use without written permission
Any use outside these terms requires prior written approval from DriftProof.
Usage limits are determined by the license tier selected at purchase, including but not limited to:
1. Core License: up to 50 couples per church location
2. Premium License: unlimited couples per church location
3. District / Custom License: requires a separate written agreement
Exceeding usage limits requires an upgrade.
All materials, systems, frameworks, worksheets, dashboards, videos, written content, and branding are the sole intellectual property of DriftProof.
Licensee receives permission to use the materials — not ownership.
Materials are delivered through approved DriftProof platforms and systems.
Licensee may not download, duplicate, externally host, or redistribute materials unless explicitly permitted.
DriftProof reserves the right to update or modify materials at any time.
This license is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Continued access requires renewal at the end of the license term.
DriftProof reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access if this Agreement is violated.
No refunds will be issued in cases of misuse or breach.
DriftProof does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or marital improvements.
Results depend on participation, commitment, communication, and individual circumstances. Materials are provided as tools for growth, not promises of outcome.
DriftProof does not provide counseling, therapy, or professional mental health services.
All materials are educational in nature. Licensee assumes responsibility for how materials are used within their church or ministry.
Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DriftProof, its owners, representatives, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from Licensee’s use or misuse of the materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriftProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the materials.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By purchasing or accessing DriftProof materials, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Church License Agreement.
